Link Hover Codes, XHTML CSS Background Effects
A basic HTML link code with CSS, to give a special feeling when your users browse the Web. When the mouse hovers over the link, it will instantly change the text color or other background effects.
For example, you can set the link with or without the bottom line. You can also set the text color changes when the mouse hovers over the link, and change the background color when the mouse out and so on.
